Meet Chris Pesce

Born and raised in Connecticut, Chris brings a strong East Coast work ethic and a sharp analytical mindset to everything he does. He earned his Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from Northeastern University in Boston, followed by a Master's in International Economics from Suffolk University. Early in his career, Chris worked at top-tier asset management firms including Fidelity Investments and The Boston Company, gaining valuable experience in financial services.

After relocating to Orange County, CA, Chris spent over 25 years in commercial real estate investment, ultimately serving as an Assistant Vice President in corporate accounting. In this role, he worked closely with a wide range of real estate professionals-from asset managers and analysts to attorneys, auditors, and bankers-building a strong foundation in both the strategic and operational sides of the industry.

In 2020, Chris made a career shift to residential real estate, earning his license and bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in finance, investment, and data analysis. Today, as a Realtor®, he's passionate about helping all types of clients-from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors-navigate the real estate market with confidence and clarity. His meticulous attention to detail, financial acumen, and dedication to client success set him apart.

He lives in Rancho Santa Margarita with his wife Donna, daughter Sophia, their cat Sadie, and greyhound Arya. When he's not helping clients, you'll likely find him mountain biking through local trails or enjoying the California coastline.
